All About Whitening

So we have always been told to use cool tone lipsticks if we want our teeth to look white, but what happens when bright warm colors are trending ?!?

I used to always use crest professional whitening strips. Not only are they expensive, but they always make my teeth super sensitive. 

I started searching for a cheaper alternative that would not hurt my teeth and this is what works for me. 

Dr. George whitening gel and a teeth whitening tray is what I use to get desired whitening. Then I keep up with that shade by using Arm and Hammer booster with my 3D white tooth paste. And that's it! My teeth haven't been sensitive at all and I've been using these for a month now. 

All I do is take the whitening tray with a little of the dr George gel and leave it in for 30 minutes every 2 weeks. Seriously amazing and so cheap!
