Sweet and Spicy Pepperoni Pizza

I personally love all pizza equally. Over many many many yummy mistakes I think I have finally perfected my pizza technique ... until I find a better way. I used to cook the dough before adding my toppings, but it actually comes out so soft and drenched in sauce when I cook everything together. Unfortunately, I hardly ever make a meatless pizza because heaven forbid my boyfriend have a meatless dinner! If you do not have time to make the dough Whole Foods and Publix both have really awesome whole wheat dough for only $3. Whole Foods is usually better for a thin crust and Publix for a fluffy crust. Let me know any other pizza combo ideas you have!

Ghirardelli drinking chocolate is my new favorite winter drink. Whole foods had a great white mocha that was fantastic! I highly recommend trying it. I am hoping to have a home made hot cocoa recipe soon. Maybe a salted caramel hot cocoa!?

New York Times Best Rated Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Picture

This recipe has been floating around for the past year or so. By far my favorite. I changed a few things for my taste buds. I omit the white sugar and double the brown sugar and I use less salt. I will never use another traditional chocolate chip recipe!

Thanksgiving is around the corner and I wanted to make something sweet, savory and light.

Most cheesecake comes out too sweet for me, but the little bit of salt in this one is just perfect!

I am posting two ways to make the crust because I love a thick buttery graham cracker crust. Some people want the cheesecake to be the highlight, but for me there is nothing better then butter, brown sugar and graham crackers!

The salt topping can be whatever you have on hand. My favorite is a really coarse sea salt. This time I am going in search for "fleur de sel." Those delectable salt flakes often found on Starbucks treats!
